Common questions
Can I switch between monthly and annual later?
Yes — switch anytime from Settings → Billing. Prorated credit is applied automatically, so you never pay twice for the same period.
What's your refund policy?
14 days, no questions asked. Reach out to support and we'll refund your last charge and cancel your plan.
Can I add or remove Team seats?
Yes — bump seats up or down from Settings → Billing. Extra seats are prorated to the day; removed seats credit back to your next invoice.
Do you charge sales tax or VAT?
Applicable tax (US sales tax, EU VAT, GST, etc.) is calculated at checkout based on your billing address and shown before you pay.
What happens if I downgrade to Free?
Your page stays live, your handle stays yours, and your data is preserved. You'll drop back to the 5-leads/month cap and lose Pro-only features until you upgrade again.
Can I export my leads if I leave?
Anytime. CSV export is built into the dashboard on every plan — your data belongs to you.
