What we collect

When you submit a form on an agent hub (e.g. tour request, valuation, pre-approval intro, or a question about a listing), we collect the contact details you provide — typically name, email, phone number, and any message or property details you include.

How we use it

Your submission is delivered to the real estate agent whose hub you contacted so they can follow up. We may also use submission metadata (timestamps, page URL, referrer, device, country) to prevent spam and improve the product.

Text messages (TCPA)

If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive text messages from the agent about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to texts is never required to view properties or services.

Lender referrals (RESPA §8)

When an agent recommends a lender, no compensation is paid to the agent for the referral. You are free to choose any lender you wish.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the agent you contacted and with infrastructure providers (hosting, email, SMS) acting on our behalf.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing the agent you contacted, or by reaching out to us via the agent's hub.

Parva Importer browser extension

The Parva Importer Chrome extension lets agents send a listing they're looking at on a third-party site (e.g. Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com) into their own Parva account.

What the extension sees: only the page the agent is actively on when they click the importer button. It does not run in the background, does not read other tabs, and does not track browsing history.

What it sends to us: public listing details from that page (address, price, beds/baths, photos, source URL) plus a long-lived API token the agent generated when they connected the extension. Tokens are stored only in the extension's local storage and can be revoked at any time from Settings → Integrations. The original page URL is kept so agents can re-open the source listing.

What it does NOT collect: form inputs, cookies, authentication state from third-party sites, geolocation, or any personal data of consumers who happen to be browsing those sites.

Retention: imported listings live in the agent's Parva account until they delete them. Import logs (timestamps, source domain, status) are retained for 90 days for support and abuse prevention.
